This oil canvas( size 36"x24") ,titled " Past imperfect,Future uncertain ",was done in about year 2010. An impoverished pregnant lady starring in blank caught my eyes . These are the daily feedings to the mind , agonizing enough to motivate to brush the canvas with the colors ,for therapeutic catharsis.
The empty white spaces are allegorical , balancing the world outside to the inner . Dark energy engulfing the planetary positions adds to palpable,painful melancholy . Poverty may be cursed from all angles ,save the procreative fertility, seems to be cosmic jurisprudence.
Ultimately,it is viewers interpretative choice reigns ,so be with you, Viewers.
